Q: Do you have different size in the same costume?
A: To find the same costume in a different size: (1)copy the entire listing title without the size (2)Click the red door with "Costumeville" next to it under the "Meet the Seller" heading on the listing (3)Paste the listings title in our store search box and you will see all the sizes that we have for the costume.
Q: Do you combine shipping for International Customers? (excludes Canada)
A: We charge the highest shipping fee on the 1st item and $7.95 shipping and handling for each additional item (or 50% shipping/handling fee for additional items, whichever is less). If you are bidding or purchasing multiple things, please email us when you are finished shopping and would like your invoices to be combined.

A: We charge the highest shipping fee on the 1st item and $3.95 (5.95 for shoes) shipping and handling for each additional item (or 50% shipping/handling fee for additional items, whichever is less) If you are bidding or purchasing multiple things, please email us when you are finished shopping and you are ready to have your invoices combined.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time and/or cost to ship?
A: Enter your zip code/country/postal code into the shipping and handling drop down box at the bottom of the listing. You will be given shipping methods, estimated delivery time, and cost of each shipping method. You can get more specific shipping times from USPS.com We ship all products withing 1-2 business days of cleared payment.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. Only exchanges will be given for defective merchandise or if incorrect item is shipped. Please send notification of defective merchandise within 3 days of receipt of item(s). Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. All parts of the product must be in returned, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Q: Can I cancel my bid?
A: You can cancel a bid through ebay's help section by filing a request at least 12 hours before the auction ends or within 1 hour of placing your bid. Due to the volume of emails during peak season we may not be able cancel your bid before the auction ends so it is your responsibility.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't receive my item by a specific date?
A: No. We can not guarantee delivery dates with any of our shipping methods except for USPS Global Express Guarantee Shipping. We ship all items out within 1 - 2 business days. We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery by customs, your country's postal service, etc.
Q: What is the address that my item is being shipped to?
A:We ship to the address on your ebay account. Once an item is paid, the transaction enters the ship queue. Our shipping department prints the shipping labels from the ebay address field. We ship all products within 1-2 business days.
Q: What if I need to contact you immediately?
A: If you have already won an item from us you can find our contact information by using the advanced search option next to the search box on any ebay page. On this page you can click the "Find contact information" link and enter Costumeville in the User ID box and the item number of the product in the Item Number Box.
