This magnificent 110 piece set is in "like
new" condition - the crispness of the pattern is still there and
there is literally now wearing on the vermeil. Some of the
original acier blades, however, have been replaced with new
blades. Each piece is superbly made by hand and bears the
personal hallmark of Franc's premier Silversmith - Emile
Puiforcat and all pieces have the French Government's "Head of
the Minerva 1" hallmark - certifying the highest quality
sterling silver in the world, a minimum of 950 sterling. These
large European pieces are dated from the late 1800s when some of
the most elaborate and ornate flatware was produced in France -
"La Belle Epoque". This is an EXCEPTIONAL set !!
